 Procedure

1. Make sure that you have at least 50% of battery charge so your phone will not shutdown or stop during the procedure.

2. Extract the Odin 4.38 (downloaded file) and run it using your computer.

3. Connect your phone to your computer and go to Download Mod. press and hold the Power Key + Menu key (Center Button) + Volume Down key.4. Your phone will be detected by Odin if it is connected and if it is in Download Mode. see picture below :

5. In Odin, click the the OPS and put tass.ops. and Click "One package file and choose the ClockWorkMod Recovery (the Downloaded file).

6. And wait for Odin to say "PASS". (see Image up)7. now put the Cyanogenmod 10 file and GoogleApps to your SD Card.

8. Now, your phone should be able to go to clockworkmod recovery by pressing/hold the Menu key + Power key.
9.click wipe factory reset and wipe data cache. Note: this will remove all files on your phone except the ones in your SD Card. So don't forget to make backup of important files.

10. Now choose "Install Zip from SD Card" and choose the CyanogenMod file.

11. Wait for the package to be installed and when It's done, install the GoogleApps too.

12. And when all procedure is done, click Reboot System Now...,

Congratulations... now you have the latest CyanogenMod 10 Jelly Bean OS in your Samsung Galaxy mini...,
